To consistently meet this commitment we have installed an in‐house Quality Assurance (QA) program which is implemented by the QA Manager through his department and is fully supported by the company management and employees at all levels.
We have a fully documented Quality System and a quality Management Manual prepared according to International Standard.
The Quality Manual details the quality policy, quality system procedures and the responsibility and authority of the key personnel. lt also defines the channels for communication with the customer so as to cater to his specific requirements.
